Description
A minimum 9 month contract opportunity is available for a CRM specialist, with experience working in a Project Management Role with a Leading Telecommunications organisation in Belgium.
The role will see you:
- Advise the business on the opportunities offered by solution in scope and prepares decision making on the Project portfolio
- Gather the business needs for improvements in business processes and the supporting information systems
- Challenge solution architecture/high level design for new solutions as proposed by the integration partner
- Develop application roadmap
- Maintain knowledge on applications and their interfaces within the application landscape
Mandatory Technical Expertise is required in the following areas:
- CRM in general including: Sales support, order management, contact management, interaction management, Document management, campaign management, up & cross sell, loyalty ETC
- EAI, Provisioning
- CTI, Telephony
- SOA
The role will see you work across a number of projects and utilise both your technical knowledge but your Business Intelligence in the form of Business Process Improvement and New Business Development.
