Our client a large Financial Services organisation is looking for an Employee Benefit Consulting (EBC) specialist.
You will be responsible for the delivery of revised and completed processes and procedures to support the rapidly expanding Employee Benefit Consulting Business. This will involve working with subject matter experts within the team and the broader business to define, codify & embed the optimal processes & procedures. The role requires the ability to work independently and with sufficient attention to detail to ensure robust processes & procedures.
In addition, pragmatism and concise communication skills will be required to ensure processes are appropriately Embedded in the business.
