Description
Our client, a construction company require a Document Controller/Project Administrator to come on board and carry out the general day to day administration tasks for their project - this includes providing the Project Manager and the engineers on site with focus and direction around what paperwork (soft and hard copies) is done and what is left to do.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Extensive experience using Excel to create formulas and graphs
- Experience of answering e-mails, calls and sending faxes
- Excellent communication and organisation skills are required
- Any knowledge of Sage or Sap software as well as Adobe Acrobat
- Any experience working in a construction environment is desirable
