Finance Process Lead

My client who are an international communications company are searching for a Finance Process Lead to analyse and improve their current processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, preferably with a related qualification and an in-depth understanding of finance processes.

Finance Process Lead -Requirements
* Ability to apply process excellent principles (Lean/Six Sigma)
* Experience in Finance Shared Service/BPO environments an advantage
* Full life cycle Project management experience
* Good communication skills in order to be a change agent within the organization
* Comfortable working across different levels of the organization. From process teams to company leadership.
* Cultural sensitivity to change in different countries. International experience/exposure and advantage.
* Exposure and knowledge of financial systems advantageous
* Able to manage high workloads & conflicting priorities
* Attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless delivery
* Analytical mindset with a proven track record of operational planning delivery
* Ability to travel within Europe
