* CRM Salesforce.com Solution analyst, Paris, France.
On behalf of one of our customers based in Paris, France, we are urgently looking for a CRM Salesforce.com solution analyst to join an international CRM implementation programme. This is an English speaking role only, a knowledge of French would be an advantage.
Please note that due to project commitments, applications from local candidates (commutable distance to Paris) will be considered first.
Requirements gathering
Design workshop
Writing functional specifications
Follow-up of technical design
Follow-up of UAT
You will be required to have:
Experience working around CRM
Good knowledge of salesforce.com
Good knowledge of customer relation management processes (mandatory) with focus on Customer Support or Field services
Delivery focused
International exposure

Scope of the project
In coordination with the release manager (responsible for the schedule follow-up), follow-up of the functional part of the Solution consistency
Position paper on key design decisions
Critical points handling during each phase of the release
First-in features design, build and test
Integration projects

Salesforce.com expertise (Point and Click configuration, notions of Apex/Visual Force)
Knowledge of related business processes (sales, customer support, lead qualification, field services)
Strong and wide IT background
Quick decision making
