KANA Developer
Our client is looking for the KANA Developer to join their team either in Dublin for 6 months.
You will be responsible for logic development in KANA Case & Knowledge Management (SEM) version for Case Management design and system development. You will assist with the analysing, design, and implementation of Real Time decision management solutions.
Skills required:
*Experienced as Analyst/Designer/Developer
*Experience of coding business rules and Logic to determine process capture for a case & knowledge management system across multiple channels.
*Will have knowledge around IT Infrastructure including data feeds to and from MIS.
*The right candidate will be able to demonstrate their proven ability to mine data from a Kana or Chordiant database to create bespoke reports.
*A Degree or equivalent experience within the discipline of KANA or similar BPM system technical and product knowledge.
*Experience in process excellence/modelling, workflow, or flow charting. Ability to design and develop processes based solutions or BPM (business process management)
