Requirements:
- Experiences with application analyse and solution proposal in the Siebel application (development and testing is advantage)
- CRM prcesses (bank processes)
- Communication with business analysts
- Integration technologies
- Configuration and integration tools - Oracle CRM Siebel
- Process modelling (work with MS Visio or the other)
- Ability of request definitions
- Experiences from the previous projects
- Theoretical knowledge of Information systems
- Experiences with testing and user support
- CRM application is advantage
