Windows/Workplace Support Engineer

Location: Brussels, Belgium
Duration: 3months +

Languages: English, French or Dutch

Required Skills:
  • Certified Windows XP and Windows 7.
  • Should have min 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Workplace related subjects.
  • Knowledge ITIL Incident and Problem management
  • Active knowledge of French or Dutch
Description:
  • Provide end-user support for level 2 and 3 incidents on the following technologies
  • Windows XP
  • Windows 7
  • Desktops till end 2013
  • Laptops
  • Smartphones (Android and IOS)
  • Active Directory Workstation related issues
  • Thin clients with Windows Embedded or Linux Embedded
  • Office 2003 till end 2013, Office 2010
  • End user software like Acrobat, MS Visio, MS Project
  • Software Distribution Support
  • Create and maintain support documentation
  • Liaise for handover with 1st level support (Service Desk) and 2nd level support
  • Respect existing SLAs for incidents
