Windows/Workplace Support EngineerLocation: Brussels, Belgium
Duration: 3months +
Languages: English, French or Dutch
Required Skills:
- Certified Windows XP and Windows 7.
- Should have min 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Workplace related subjects.
- Knowledge ITIL Incident and Problem management
- Active knowledge of French or Dutch
- Provide end-user support for level 2 and 3 incidents on the following technologies
- Windows XP
- Windows 7
- Desktops till end 2013
- Laptops
- Smartphones (Android and IOS)
- Active Directory Workstation related issues
- Thin clients with Windows Embedded or Linux Embedded
- Office 2003 till end 2013, Office 2010
- End user software like Acrobat, MS Visio, MS Project
- Software Distribution Support
- Create and maintain support documentation
- Liaise for handover with 1st level support (Service Desk) and 2nd level support
- Respect existing SLAs for incidents
