If so, read on?My client is a leading provider of Building Services & Facilities Management services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke solutions across a varied portfolio of clients to include commercial, retail, leisure and housing environments.
Due to workload, a Quantity Surveyor is required on a temporary basis to manage all costs relating to a Maintenance project, from the initial calculations to final figures.
You will be well versed in carrying out the preparation of contract documents, undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work, performing risk and value management and cost control, identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks as well as allocating work to subcontractors, providing advice on contractual claims and analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
Qualified to degree standard within Quantity Surveying
Demonstrable Quantity Surveying knowledge and expertise within the Maintenance & Housing sectors
Driving License
