Fluent French Speaking Level 2 Support Engineer required for a 6 month contract based in Paris
Support engineers to level 2 for troubleshooting
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager
- Resolution of incidents and problems (Level 1 & 2);
- On-site intervention to replace defective equipment;
- Building mock-up environment to solve complex incidents;
- Participation as an expert in crisis cells;
- Incident management, including relation with third parties.
- Equipment Administration (Cisco IPT Call Manager, Gateway, Eco-system)
- Equipment configuration & Support
