Fluent French Speaking Level 2 Support Engineer required for a 6 month contract based in Paris

Support engineers to level 2 for troubleshooting

  • Experience with Cisco Call Manager
  • Resolution of incidents and problems (Level 1 & 2);
  • On-site intervention to replace defective equipment;
  • Building mock-up environment to solve complex incidents;
  • Participation as an expert in crisis cells;
  • Incident management, including relation with third parties.
  • Equipment Administration (Cisco IPT Call Manager, Gateway, Eco-system)
  • Equipment configuration & Support
