Description
An immediate contract position for an experienced commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join them on a 4 Month contract basis to assist with projects in the South West.The position will be paying 320/Day.
In order you will need to have extensive experience in either a senior QS role or commercial management position ideally within the rail sector. You will be responsible for projects between 50,000-3 Million and will be very autonomous and require minimum assistance.

Experience:
- Undertaken a very similar position with complete autonomy
- 10+ years as a quantity surveyor
- Very good understanding of Coins, Excell and Word.
- Rail or Civil experience (both would be great)
- Working within NEC frameworks.
- Being able to demonstrate repeat work with same client.
