As an experienced Java Developer this is an agile / scrum / Kanban and the Java Developers all use TDD, DDD and BDD as well as continuous integration. My client appreciates that some environments are not so fortunate when it comes to the Java Developers being able to use BDD, DDD and CI so if you have looked at these areas externally and would like to be in this environment my client will teach these particular skill areas.
