ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a Senior Agile Business Analyst for our decision support platform
- Participate in daily scrum
- Facilitate and manage monthly agile development sprint planning meetings
- Document new features, requirements, and strategies as user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with business owners to prioritize feature development, based on business value
- Develop and manage product roadmap
- Create biweekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for management
- Follow, track, and report on current and future industry news and trends
- Continuously seek opportunities to increase user satisfaction and deepen stakeholder/partner relationships
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required
- 2+ years' experience as an Agile Business Analyst, developing web-based applications
- 5+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator of relevant development life cycle experience in systems
- Project management experience a huge plus
- Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information quickly and tactfully to stakeholders
- Ability to balance constantly changing priorities
- Experience running large meetings with people from all levels of an organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
