Our client provides IS services to 8.000 users in 150 sites located in 60 different countries. Most of the services are outsourced to external service providers.
Position description
Our client is currently reviewing the KPIs for Plant Maintenance. The objective is to establish revised KPIs based on international standards (EN 15341 European Standard and Harmonized Indicators 4th edition published by EFNMS/SMRP) with the aim to enable external benchmarking as well as performance follow up on different levels within the client organization. Additionally, defined KPIs should be retrievable in a highly automated way from the current IT platform, SAP PM and PS. In this context, standard available functionality from SAP, such as the standard solution for Asset Analytics, are of high interest to our client.
Our client would like to perform a review of defined/revised KPIs to assess the their availability via standard SAP or via Asset Analytics. In addition, our client is also interested to get advise on more automated KPIs instead of those defined and that require manual support/interaction when retrieving the KPIs.
Tasks & responsibilities
Review of defined and revised KPI's
Assess the availability of defined KPI's via standard SAP or via Asset Analytics and provide advice in case of inconsistencies
Provide advise on more automated KPIs instead of those defined and that require manual support/interaction when retrieving the KPIs
Personal skills
- Minimum 5-7 Years of SAP experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM/PS and Asset Analytics
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with SAP KPI's and KPI automation
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
- Knowledge of KPI shandards would be considered a plus
