One of our key clients is looking for a SAP Test Manager to join their SAP team in Leuven.

Responsibilities:
The test manager will be part of the functional SAP team a quote to cash system for the ICT business of the company.
Oversee both project level and release level end to end regression testing.
Ensure leads are assigned for regression testing for each business area/project
Coordinate with and gather input from all domains to gain a high level understanding of regression testing needs for each of the business areas and projects.
Learn the data flow and end to end business processes to be able to develop a test strategy , set the requirements for writing scenario's , validate the scenario's and the required data set.
Required skills:
- 3+ years release level testing experience
- Ability to develop a test strategy and define the required scenario's and data set to perform the tests
- Ability to understand complex business processes
- Ability to lead and motivate a testing team
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and verbal/written communication skills
- Team oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priority activities while managing to set deadlines
Desired skills:
- SAP experience
- Technology background
