This expanding international organisation is currently seeking a Knowledge Support Administrator for a 12 month maternity leave contract and will be based in their impressive North Ryde office!
In this role, you will be involved in providing day to day support and maintenance of their internal systems, mainly sharepoint & ProjectWEB. Essentially, you will be facilitating, documenting and advising on best practice for knowledge management and document management within the organisation!
To be successful in this role, you will meet (or nearly meet) the following key criteria:
- Be proficient in analysing, interpreting, and organizing diverse data. Must be able to condense procedural information into a concise, accessible size for general use
- Good proofreading and editing skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Advanced in MS SharePoint Site Administration, including the use of SharePoint Designer
- Proficient in Web Content Authoring
- Basic Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat Pro
