The contract is with a large consultancy to work on an assignment at a major European site in Brussels

As follows:-
Overall purpose:
Assist the Document Manager Officer (DMO) in the Content Management (OCM) Project, covering the analysis, technical and functional requirements of the Office's future Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System.

Job Requirements:
At least 12 years proven experience in Document and Record Management; Participation to at least 2 major Enterprise Content Management installations, of which at least one in a senior position; Thorough knowledge of the major ISO Standards in document management (ISO 15489, 14641, 16175, 23081 ) and the MoReq standard; Thorough knowledge of existing ECM methodologies (eg DIRKS, AIIM, ISO); Comparative knowledge of at least three major DM/RM tools (eg OpenText, EMC, UCM Oracle, IBM file.NET, Fabasoft, etc ); Good knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) Tools built-in into ECMs (OpenText, EMC, Oracle, IBM, Fabasoft ) is considered an asset; Good technical knowledge in System Administration, including competence in Oracle 11j; Good knowledge of document capture tools (Kofax ); Good knowledge of the technical and legal implications of electronic signatures will be considered a bonus.

Availability
Preferably full time and at least 4 days a week.

Languages
English perfect both written and oral; Good knowledge of any other European language is considered a bonus.

Education
University or higher education or equivalent experience in the IT and RM domain
