Prepaid Billing Architect
A Prepaid Billing Architect is required by our Client to define and govern the overall technical architecture for all aspects of their prepaid Billing systems.
The Billing Architect will act as a lead functional and technical representative for the Billing IT area, gathering information and proposing solutions, therefore, strong analytical, functional, technical and communication skills are imperative for this role.
Role:
- Define the Billing architectural structure, ensuring that it meets business requirements and performance goals
- Define the technical roadmap for the Billing-IT area
- Leading the architecture effort for small to medium sized projects or forming part of an Architecture team for large projects
- Act as a functional and technical expert for in an application area of billing
- Participate in design reviews to ensure compliance to the target architecture throughout the development life cycle
- Capture, document and maintain the current architecture across Billing-IT systems working with different delivery units.
Job Requirements:
Strong prepaid billing knowledge is required along with some of the following:-
- BSS knowledge
- CRM knowledge
- Understanding of eTOM
- Familiarity with Siebel 8, AIA
- Experience of large-scale IT/Telecoms projects including full development life cycle and project management according to best practices
- In-depth knowledge of current technologies, tools and industry trends
- Must have worked in a senior role in a Software Development capacity
- Experience and knowledge of the Mobile Telecommunications industry.
