Description
Hampshire based market leading organisation is seeking a Technical Contact Centre Business Analyst or Consultant to start ASAP.This is an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend paying up to £410/day (rate may be flexible)
You must have the following experience:
- Strong business analysis skills
- Strong technical knowledge of contact centre and call centre technologies
- Supplier evaluation and selection including management of the ITT
- Requirements elicitation and management
- Business impact assessment (including people, process and technology)
- Business process re-engineering
You must also have the following domain knowledge:
- Knowledge of Avaya telephony (including IVR and ID&V) voice technologies
- Knowledge of Multi Channel Contact Centre technologies (including web chat, email forms, SMS, web
collaboration etc.
- Workforce optimisation and management
- Multi channel contact centre performance management and Quality Management
