For our client, a financial institution in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for external support by a MS Access Developer (f/m): The position is available within a small team of MS Access Developers,part of the Investment Funds - Product Management Area. The team reports to the business line, rather than being part of IT Services.The Job will involve:
Support and enhancement of existing localapplications.
Tasks:
Analyse and understand business requirements in order to properly support enhancements on existing local applications; Ensure that existing local application documentation is valid and up to date; Development of new applications as required by the business; Ensure that all applications adhere to company procedures and standards.
Required Skills:
Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Access 2003 to 2010.Superior level of VBA programming required. Written and spoken fluency in English (French and/or German would be an asset). Excellent analytical skills. Ability to work as part of a team in an international environment isessential. Accuracy, flexibility and good communication skills round out the profile. Relevant candidates will be invited for a face-to-face inerview in Luxembourg.
