The Operational Support Engineers resources need to support VMware vCloudDirector 5.1
- VMware vCenter Orchestrator and workflow development for web services integration
- VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager
- VMware vCloud Networking and Security
- VMware vCenter Operations Manager (including vCenter vShield)
- VMware vSphere and vCenter Manager
