Our client, a leading insurance company based in West Dublin is seeking a Citrix System Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.
Job/Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ownership of technically medium complexity contracts up to and including Corporate and Government level. They will need a strong technology background in Microsoft and Citrix along with other related areas of experience and well also need to have good customer facing skills. This job is highly focused on working as part of a team to meet the customers needs and SLA requirements.
Skills/Expertise
- Experience in delivering complex customer technical support
- ITIL Foundation certification in Service Management
- Citrix Administrator (CCA)
- MCSE or MCITP
- Experience working with a variety of Microsoft Products - Windows server, Windows XP, Windows VISTA, Exchange, SQL, SCCM, Sharepoint
- Sun Certified System Administrator (SCSA)
- UNIX, HP, DELL, CISCO, CommVault, Antivirus
