About 2000 users located worldwide (Europe, Asia, Middle East) from 3 business units with specific contacts with some departments (Demand Planning, Plant Logistics, Plant Purchasing)

- Mission based in Brussels - Ready to occasionally work on weekend - Ready to travel occasionally if needed for short term missions to give courses or understand the specific requirements of some users

The project will impact the following functionalities:

In SAP ERP: - Production Planning (PP) - Sales & Distribution (SD)

In SAP APO/SCM 7.1:
- Demand Planning (DP) - Supply Network Planning (SNP) - Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) - Global ATP

TASKS

- Participation to a worldwide project called 'Supply Chain Redesign' (strong APO/SCM 7.1 knowledge/skills required)
- Management of projects following project management methodology (depending of opportunities and existing workload)
- Design of a solution maximizing the use of SAP standard functionalities and minimizing inhouse specific developments while checking consistency with existing model
- Customizing (including the maintenance of structural data) and if needed, writing functional specifications for development
- Testing
- Transferring knowledge to Business Support team and preparing golive support plan with them
- Delivering all necessary documentation and use the internal project management methodology - Particular attention should be given to SarbanesOxley compliance

SUPPORT

- Work with incident management tool and promote coaching rather than intensive interventions in production system while ensuring knowledge transfer to Level 1 Support

Other
- Contribution to retain internal knowledge: writing technical documentation, sharing experience with internal team
- Work closely with US project counterparts - Regular Reporting to the Project Leader

This will result in:

Reports

- Periodic progress report to the Project leader Project reports for projects status reports with other project leaders

- Technical documentation and procedures
