My Client is looking to recruit a Senior Operational Risk Manager.If you are successful you will oversee the operational risk managment and measurement framework and will be responsible for the maitinence , review and implementation of the operational risk managment policy in the bank
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operational risk measurement and management
- Operational risk reporting including Bank's RCSA and KRI
- New product and process approval
- Provide guidance in maintaining the bank's BCP and providing support to the business groups in plans testing
- Facilitate Risk and Control Self Assessment workshops for all business groups, to identify residual operational risks and arrive at key risks in the banks processes
Skills, qualifications and experience required
- Wide-ranging operational risk experience in the financial services environment.
- Good understanding of current and anticipated UK, European, Indian and other countries' expectations of operational risk management systems, procedures and processes
- Broad retail product and associated processes knowledge
- Graduate with professional qualifications
This is a permanent role and the successful candidate will be based in Tower Hill, London.
