Description
Our Global Client is looking to appoint a Service Delivery Coordinator to work closely with an external vendor. This role will focus on the service delivery for Network and Telephony services. This role is suited towards someone with a technical background, along with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve SLAs for delivery of IT Network and Telephony services.
- Manage day to day operations of the infrastructure to achieve availability SLAs.
- Guide day to day incident resolution to achieve incident resolution SLAs.
- Manage all changes to achieve successful change implementations within change windows and achieve availability SLAs.
- Guide management of telephone numbers to satisfy user phone number requirements.
- Manage third parties so that they achieve SLAs.
- Advise end users to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor capacity usage and plan enhancements so that SLAs will continue to be met in future.
Key Requirements:
This role combines some hands on activity with coordination of third party service providers. The successful candidate will display both technical ability and coordination and communication skills.
