Communications Manager/Campaign Manager - 3 months + - £360 per day - Banking - Financial Services - Marketing & Campaign Delivery - Financial Services -Campaign Delivery - Working with 3rd Party Suppliers - Strong Stakeholder Engagement

Our client is a large, market leading financial services organisation who are embarking on a period of change and evolution. The purpose of the communications manager in this project is to manage a team to lead the redesign, redevelopment and delivery of customer literature for this business unit.

The role:

Join a vibrant and results focussed customer communications team. The team are accomplished commercial marketers who champion the voice of the customer whilst delivering on business objectives.

The campaign manager will work on a large, complex change programme and be responsible for delivering change communications to customers. Reporting into the senior manager, the successful candidate will be have change experience and be skilled in all aspects of campaign management, from brief to delivery. Delivering change communications requires a flexible approach and the role requires the candidate to be able to adapt to changing requirements. The successful candidate will be confident in managing stakeholders.

Skills that are needed:

  • Well developed direct marketing and communication planning experience and skills
  • Writing briefs, working with agencies and suppliers and managing the campaign process through to delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • An understanding of the SME market
  • Must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and be resilient under pressure
  • Experience in the development and implementation of customer communications for large, fluid, complex change programmes
