Position: Relationship Manager (Financial Services)

Duration: 12 Months
Rate: £350-£400 (negotiable depending on experience)
Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Relationship Manager (CMC Liaison) for a 12 month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Job:
Working as a Relationship Manager (CMC Liaison) the jobholder will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including:
- Build and Manage one-to-one relationships with key stakeholders within top 20-30 Complaint Management Companies (CMC)
- Build a relationship with key personnel to report CMC behaviours of concern whilst dealing with CMCs (including sensitive PPI complaints)
- Distribute to relevant part of lender's process for resolution
- Preparation of strategy papers for PPI board, observing the impact of the lender policy
- Defend compliance and policy
- Save costs by reducing administration costs and fees
The successful candidates must have:
- Extensive relationship management experience, ideally within a financial services environment
- Ability to build and manage strong relationships with strong personalities
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Highly developed influencing skills
- Previous complaints (or PPI specific) experience would an advantage
