Description
One of our clients is looking for a Senior Functional SAP CRM Consultant for a project in the Brussels region.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in the design and realisation of CRM business processes in the area of customer contact management, marketing management & sales through all the project phases
Design phase:
- Design the SAP CRM solution as well as execute fit-gap analysis between SAP CRM solution and existing processes and systems
- Define functional specifications for the Sales, Service & Marketing Management Processes and of the needed interfaces (with Back Office applications - SAP ECC and others - SAP BW environment, portals, Legacy systems)
Realisation phase:
- Customize the CRM Application based on business blueprint
- Customize the CRM web UI (CRM 7.0)
- Coordinate with the technical team all types of developments
. Responsible for testing, training and transition to production
Required functional/technical knowledge:
Demonstrated track record in implementing SAP CRM in at least one of the following areas:
- SAP CRM Business Partners
- SAP CRM (Pre)Sales
- SAP CRM Contract Management
- Middleware
- Excellent knowledge of CRM Business processes in a B2B and B2C environment
Other required skills:
- Team player
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced level Excel, PowerPoint and Word technique
Level: Senior consultant
Language skills: Bilingual (Dutch and French)
