SERVICE ENGINEER -HARTLEPOOL

Location -Hartlepool, with no travel required

Salary - Circa £45k depending on experience

If you are a talented, Service Engineer who has proven expertise in providing customer support on or off the field, then this is an exciting opportunity for you!

This Client is a Global leader in their field, offering you an opportunity to join their fast moving environment, working with them remotely and onsite to help minimise the long term effects of any faults and achieve a satisfactory overall result for the customer.

This role requires you to provide Service Support to the Customer and Field Service team as required. Ideally you will have experience of an Oil & Gas field support business and hold a technical qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.

Key Responsibilities Include -

* Be the focal point for all Field Service requests for support with core responsibility on Umbilicals or Power Cables based on individual job function.

* Provide front end technical support to the customer

* Support training and competency plans including internal training needs.

* Co-ordinate technical travel and accommodation utilising Service Admin support.

* Package and/or draft new guiding Procedures and Service workscopes in the field.

* Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner incl. site reports, expenses, test sheets etc.

* Support development and delivery of monthly KPI's aligned with to the business.
