Description
A boutique investment management firm based in the West Midlands requires an Interim Director of Risk and Compliance to assist the company through a period of change. You will work alongside senior stakeholders and report the integral report findings to the business in an accurate and diligent manner.
Your main responsibilities will include:
-Design and implement the strategic plan that must cover FCA and OfCom regulations
-Liaise with senior stakeholders regarding the Risk Management Plan and review the plan each quarter
-Mange the Treating Customer Fairly and Customer Charter principles are delivered
To be considered for this role you must have a wealth of risk and compliance experience from within the financial services sector, ideally investment or wealth management. A detailed understanding of financial products and an appreciation for FCS and OfCom regulations is also necessary.
