The three main duties of Campaign Delivery 
* Effective selection & delivery of all customer/ex-customer/enquirer/prospect campaign data for Marketing and Renewal/Service campaigns, adhering to specific campaign brief requirements in a timely manner. 
* To support the development, delivery and maintenance of all data & campaign selection principles, standards, templates and guidelines. 
* Support the Campaign Delivery - Planning and Marketing in the most effective & efficient use of all data sources to maximise campaign performance.

The role provides an opportunity to manage a variety of campaigns, managing relationships with campaign planners/marketers, to ensure the timely delivery of accurate data to desired channel distribution.
The Campaign Delivery - Selections team works to multiple deadlines and the Campaign Selections Executive needs to manage several campaigns simultaneously whilst ensuring attention to detail.

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work in a CRM marketing role utilising their data skills, working with large data sets, propensity models, segmentation, profiles and test and learn programmes to enhance direct marketing activity.

This role provides a strong grounding in direct marketing and is an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and marketing skills.
The Campaign Selections Executive will work alongside experienced marketing managers, Campaign Delivery planners, Insight analysts, and database capability/quality teams.
The Campaign Delivery - selections team works very closely with other teams within the wider department, such as planning, data capability, analytics, and data quality, to ensure the best collaborative effort has been made to ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
* Interpretation of campaign briefs into optimised campaign selections for Direct Mail, Email, Outbound and SMS, also checking for any anomalies and clarifying any ambiguity.
* Meet campaign delivery deadlines set according to agreed service levels.
* Support the development, delivery and maintenance of all marketing data & campaign selection principles, standards, templates and guidelines.
* Effective selection & delivery of all data for marketing campaigns, legal and corporate partners.
* Support Campaign Delivery - Planners and Marketing managers in the most effective use of customer and prospect data to maximise campaign performance, ensuring the most relevant targeting, segmentation strategies are applied to support the contact plan.
* Improving the processes of campaign management and supporting documentation.

Essential
* Experience working with large customer databases
* Previous experience in CRM/CVM
* Data selection experience (Chordiant, TCRM, ARM, Fast Stats, SAS, SPSS),
* Knowledge of insurance/financial services/breakdown industry
* Experience within a direct marketing or analytical environment.
* Experience interpreting and manipulating data
* A proven track record in delivery of effective marketing campaign selections.
* Strong team player with a willingness to knowledge share
* Delivery & results focused - proven ability to make things happen
* Strong grasp of marketing concepts & campaign tools
* Proven account management/relationship management experience
* SQL/Access Skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
* A 'can do' attitude.

Desirable
* Professional qualification such as: CIM/IDM Diploma
* Reporting, or analytical experience.
* Direct marketing background.
* Degree level qualification or equivalent
