Description
We are seeking a part time, creative designer to create, manage, and grow our client's websites. This creative individual will take each project from concept to completion and collaborate with our current designers and developers.
We're a 10 year old agency with a small team of passionate web geeks. Our office is near Dinkytown in a renovated warehouse; it's common for visitors to say "Wow, this is a cool office!" We work hard and play hard, and are excited to see what you can offer!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience designing for the web
- Experience creating look-and-feel moodboards, compositional mock-ups, and style guides
- Proven graphic design chops in typography, web usability, IA, color, grids, and layout
- Experience designing e-commerce / transactional sites
- Ability to work in concert with our development team, anticipate development implication of design decisions
- You must be able to work on multiple projects at a time, have thorough attention to detail, and most importantly - enjoy your line of work!
BIG PLUSES:
- Demonstrated print design experience
- Front-end development (person could take the design and implement as html templates)
- Working knowledge of a content management system
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- A demonstrated knack for learning can trump any of the skills/requirements listed above.
