Electronics Engineer, (SMPS, Micros, PCB)North West, 4 Months, £30ph+Analogue, Digital, SMPS, LED, Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, Firmware, EMC
An Electronics Engineer is required for an initial 4 month contract for a high end electronics manufacturer based in theNorth West.
You will be working on hardware designs for lighting systems based on LED technology, for a wide variety of applications including avionics. You will be involved in everything from PCB design and layout, to component sourcing, taking into account cost, availability and obsolescence.
The successful candidate will have the following:
-Microprocessors/microcontroller
-Programmable logic
-Switch mode power supply design
-PCB layout and schematic capture (Altium Designer experience is beneficial)
-Design for EMC
-Embedded firmware/software experience is desirable
