A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for myWorcesterbased client, they are currently looking for a Telephony Engineer to join their team on a 9 month contract.

The successful candidate will be providing 2nd line technical support for the team in relation to the Groups Mitel telephony platform, daily systems checks, system reporting and auditing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

-Experience in supporting and completing MACs on Mitel MCD v4.2 or above.

-Able to install and configure Mitel 3300 Mxe and CX controllers.

-Some experience in Project Management of medium to large scale of infrastructure related projects.

-Some experience in supporting ACD configurations for Contact Centre Environments.

-Experience installing and/or supporting Mitel Intelligent Queue, Contact Centre Manager and Workforce Scheduler.

-Supporting legacy telephony PABX systems.
