I am urgently seeking n ITIL V3 consultant for an initial 6 month contract

You will be assessing the current level of ITIL Capability and recommend organisation and processes requirements to achieve ITIL v3 capability to required level of Service Design and Transistion.

Deliverables will include

* Gap Analysis report.
* Process Improvement definitions/documentation
* Roadmap/ plan for achieving the desired maturity level and process improvements
* Job descriptions
* Proposed Organisation Structure
* Communication plan for key stakeholders
* Measurements and performance reporting metrics and process

* Organisation change documentation and process implementation and training plan
