SC Cleared Construction Project Manager/DV Cleared Construction Project Manager/Construction Project Manager
Skills needed: experience as a Construction Project Manager, SC clearance/willing to gain SC clearance, Prince2.
My Milton Keynes based client is looking for a SC Cleared Construction Project Manager/DV Cleared Construction Project Manager/Construction Project Manager.
Please note this is working on an SC cleared site, so all contractors must have SC clearance prior to start date.
Skills needed:
*PRINCE2 Practitioner or Equivalent Project Management qualifications.
*Must be qualified to HNC/HND level in relevant subject.
*Have minimum 5-years experience of planning, monitoring and controlling projects using the PRINCE2 methodology or other PM related methodologies.
*Have minimum 5-years experience in planning and delivering medium complexity, multi-skilled projects with values ranging from £500k - £2M, using latest versions of Microsoft Project.
*Have minimum 5-years experience in the assessment, mitigation and management of project risk.
*Have minimum 5-years experience in managing project budgets.
*Have minimum 5-years experience of deploying medium complexity Estates and security projects in a secure environment.
*Membership of one of the following: RIBA, RICS, ICE, IStruct E, CIBSE
*At least 5 years experience in managing major construction projects from inception to completion.
*Experience in using NEC3, GC works, and FIDIC contracts and documentation in procuring construction
*In-depth understanding of current Legislative and Regulatory framework
*Demonstrable ability in construction procurement and contract administration
*Be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects within tight timescales & with limited resources, in a number of varied and unique operational environments with numerous technical, political, security, support and logistical challenges.
