Description
A large NHS client based in the Midlands currently requires an Interim Estates & Facilities Project Lead to manage the disposal of multiple NHS properties.
This is an interim role for a period of at least 6 months, with the potential for extension.
Duties will include managing the property disposal process for several properties, managing each stage of the project effectively and working autonomously.
The ideal candidate will have experience of running property disposal projects and processes within the NHS.
In addition, you must have a demonstrable track record of leading the legal exchange and managing covenant issues through to successful resolution. Chartered surveyors are preferred for this role, although this qualification is not essential.
