I am currently looking for a team of experienced WebShpere application server systems administrators to work on a 6 month extendable contract for a market leading client of mine in Johannesburg, South Africa.

All applicants MUST have valid work authorization for South Africa.

  • WebSphere® Application Server Systems Administration for Mainframe environment 
  • Installation
  • Configuration
  • Customisation
  • Performance
  • Diagnosis
Additional Skills Knowledge/Experience - 
  • Excellent Mainframe Experience in a dual-site, Sysplex Clustered environment 
  • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, VIPA and Parallel Sysplex Distributor 
  • Strong knowledge of USS and RACF Security implications in a WAS Environment 
  • Understanding of MQ or DB2 an advantage
