DESCRIPTION:The person will be assigned the following projects:
PROJECT 1: Pharmaceuticals in the Environment (PIE) Risk Assessments for Webro and PPK.
PROJECT 2: PPK Labs IH Monitoring -baseline exposure assessment and for the remaining of Webro Labs IH Monitoring -baseline exposure assessment.
PROJECT 3: P2L Management, which includes Update of existing training P2L Modules to reflect changes in regulations and SOP; Create 3 new P2L training Modules; Create P2L curricula for all P2L modules, schedule and deploy de training; Create P2L curricula for remaining classroom training, automate into P2L the participant signatures of the persons attending those classroom training.
PROJECT 4: Compliance Tracking: Populating the system with the current Compliance Calendar & monitor compliance activities; Development of Critical Checklist for Equipment/Areas as required by site Permits and applicable regulation, input the checklists in Field Id or CMMS; schedule inspections, action items and track action items to completion.
MOST CRITICAL SKILLS NEEDED ARE:
EHS regulations; EHS Management Systems; EHS Management Systems Review; Risk Assessments; Managing Regulatory and Routine Inspections; Compliance Assurance; Asbestos; Management of Change; Industrial Hygiene Monitoring/Laboratory Safety/Hazard Communication; Fire Life Safety Inspections; Personal Protective Equipment, Respiratory Protection; Be proficient on Micro Soft applications, Power to Learn and Task tracking applications; Pharma experience required.
