IT Architect with equities experience required for a 1 year banking sector project based in Copenhagen, Denmark
In the role of equities IT Architect you'll be required to gather requirement, plan and lead the equities execution and risk platform review, with the possibility of also working on the migration to a new platform.
The ideal candidate for the role of IT Architect (Equities) should have the following:
- Thorough understanding of Equities & Equity Derivatives, Market Making Systems, Risk Management Systems, Order Management Systems, Market Connectivity and FIX Protocol.
- Strong development background, preferably with C++
- Experience with Co-Location of Equities Systems and Exchange sites
- Understanding of Low-Latency Requirements for Equity Systems
- Understanding of Equities Algorithmic Trading Systems
- Skill in interfacing with Business Analysts, Vendors, Infrastructure teams and IT Management.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English. Danish would be a plus.
- Eligible to work in Denmark (EU Passport/Work Permit Holder)
