Ihre Aufgaben:
- Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices
- Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive
- Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions
- Shield the team from external interferences
- Manage all scrum specific administrative tasks including meeting arrangements and progress tracking
- Build an open environment within the team
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Support the Product Owner
Ihre Qualifikation
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)
- Experience in acting as a Scrum Master for previous development teams
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS), TDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing
