The company has two sites in theUKand provide world class packaging solutions, mainly to the food industry. The three processes consist of extrusion, lamination and also pouching. This particular site focuses on pouching and it's turn over has doubled in the last 2 years.The need of my client is simple; a customer focused manager, who thrives on promoting teams and mentoring with in who can also improve processes.
In respect of background, it would be advantageous if you came from a plastics or packaging background, but not essential. What is essential is having proven experience of improving processes and implementing lean tools.
