My client a leading Law Firm based in the City ofLondoncurrently seek a Senior Graduate Recruiter c.40k, 12month FTC.Working in the collaborative team you will support the full Graduate Recruitment cycle specifically covering areas such as vacation schemes, training contract and international areas, and will help to mentor and manage junior members of the team. This is a varied role for an experienced Graduate Recruitment professional who is keen to contribute to a progressive and business orientated HR service.
Acting as deputy manager you will get the opportunity to manage and have a key input to innovative ideas across the end-to-end graduate recruitment cycle for trainees including:
Vacation scheme, training contract and international recruitment strategic input
Marketing & Attraction design and implementation
Selection & Assessment
Onboarding & induction
International vacation scheme management
Management of Assistants
Ad hoc projects across trainee development/recruitment and wider HR projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step up and take ownerships of important programmes across the graduate space covering international remits, the ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Law experience (highly preferable) - or professional/financial services
End to end graduate Recruitment experience
