Description
I am looking for an exceptionally talented UX Designer on a contract basis with extensive interactive experience working with financial services organisations. In this position you work closely with developers, you will be designing their next generation of features by translating product requirements into final UX designs.By being involved right at the start of planning, the senior UX designer will be responsible for driving improvements in usability. This is a role of huge importance and carries with it an opportunity to change the way they interact with their customers.
- Deliver interaction designs, from initial concept through to launch and evaluation of success.
- Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, prototypes, vision pieces
- Work closely and constructively with the developers to iterate and deliver flawlessly on what has been proposed.
- Extensive experience in Screen Design and User experience
- Demonstrable experience with usability required
- Knowledagble with Wireframes, MVC, Talerix and Kendo.
- Web/ MVC experience and Kendo Controls.
- Someone with sharp interaction design skills and an impressive portfolio web experiences.
- You are at home with complex problem solving and have a proven ability to bring calm, order and elegance to complex experiences.
- Communicate your work to developers, and engineers clearly and constructively.
- You are able to work well within a larger design team with interaction designers and visual designers, and also working as part of a team with other parts of the organization, such as development and product management.
This contract based position is in Boston, and they would require you to start next year Jan.
This is a great opportunity for someone that likes to work in a small and dedicated team, and work on interesting projects.
Contract would be for at least 3-5 months.
