Description
NHS organisation in the south is looking for an experienced equality, diversity and human rights professional with current knowledge and understanding of the relevant equalities legislation, policy and guidance and proven expertise in the delivery of quality Training products under the auspices of Learning and Development frameworks.Candidates applying should be educated to degree level and have worked with the NHS in previous roles, providing them with knowledge and understanding of the current NHS and E&D agenda.
To achieve sustained delivery of measurable improvements in services and workforce equality across the organisation, the post holder will have the ability to work alongside and provide training to all levels of staff, following the development/implementation of Quality Evaluations and Service Reviews, Performance Frameworks, EIAs and Risk Assessments.
The role will need to work closely with the head of membership, engagement, equality and diversity and with the human resource partners.
Salary is £300+ per day.
