Description
I am looking for an experienced QA/Test Manager to join a top tier investment bank based inLiverpool. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.As the QA/Test Manager you will be responsible for managing test activities by liaising with business and development teams. Analysing business requirements and reviewing design documents to formulate testing needs to ensure the system being developed meets business requirements. You will also be required to prepare test strategy documents covering test objectives, scope, environment, deliverables, roles and responsibilities, schedule, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies Generating reports on testing progress and the status of defects.
Requirements for the role:
Extensive experience within a software development or QA/testing management role
Software development or testing/QA methodologies, practises, nomenclature
Extensive use of automation tools
Utilising industry standard software metrics
The right candidate will have proven experience performing these actions at a high level whilst working within an investment banking/ asset management background.
Permanent role based inLiverpool
Salary: 40k-50k (neg)
