DescriptionA Dynamics CRM Project Manager is primarily responsible for the overall project management and delivery of client work in the Dynamics CRM practice. A Manager may be responsible for one project or several projects based on availability. Client projects may vary in size and industry, but the Manager's role is to ensure successful project delivery. This will require Managers to perform detailed tasks on projects such as defining functional requirements, leading design sessions, and configuring the application to meet those requirements. A Dynamics CRM Project Manager should focus on developing and maintaining client relationships to identify up selling and cross selling opportunities. In addition to sales responsibilities and project delivery, a Project Manager will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring project Team Members on methodology, business processes and technology.
