OPS ANALYST - RETAIL BANKING - LONDON - 6 months +
My client, a leading financial services organisation is looking to hire an Operational Change Analyst for work on their major digital transformation programme.
The Ops Analyst will be responsible for designing and developing the target operating environment for a digital roadmap supporting sales, services, mobile themes etc.
Required Skills:
Experience of:
- Operational Design, Process Modelling & Business Design, Target Operating Model
- Operational and People Impact Assessments
- Business Process Design
- Having worked on projects focused upon improving customer experience
Previous Retail Banking experience is desirable, as is digtal.
