The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a full 360 role which means you will be responsible for sourcing and resourcing high calibre candidates through networking, headhunting and referrals. The role also involves generating leads and developing new business, as well as managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you need 12-18 months B2B, B2C, telesales or business development experience. Ideal candidates will be money motivated and ambitious with strong interpersonal skills. A degree would be preferred but is not essential. Successful candidates will possess resilience, be hard working and motivated at the prospect of making a successful and lucrative career for themselves.
