My European Energy client is currently looking for a seasoned IT Service Manager to start work on a 6 month contract in their main Spanish subsidiary.

As the successful candidate, you will have a good understand if IT architecture along with extensive experience of ITIL Management. Furthermore you will have:
  • Good English and Spanish language skills
  • ITIL Management experience
  • Experience designing and implementing ITIL problem and incident management processes
  • Ideally a degree qualification
  • ITIL Master or expert
  • Project management qualifications such as PMP or Prince2


Your main duties will include:
  • Working with the IT Service Management team
  • Defining of SLAs and ensuring they are achieved
  • Ensuring procedures and methodologies are being followed
  • Attending client service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
  • Facilitate workshops and training courses
