Description
My European Energy client is currently looking for a seasoned IT Service Manager to start work on a 6 month contract in their main Spanish subsidiary.As the successful candidate, you will have a good understand if IT architecture along with extensive experience of ITIL Management. Furthermore you will have:
- Good English and Spanish language skills
- ITIL Management experience
- Experience designing and implementing ITIL problem and incident management processes
- Ideally a degree qualification
- ITIL Master or expert
- Project management qualifications such as PMP or Prince2
Your main duties will include:
- Working with the IT Service Management team
- Defining of SLAs and ensuring they are achieved
- Ensuring procedures and methodologies are being followed
- Attending client service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
- Facilitate workshops and training courses
